Our objective at JAVA is to extract the best natural flavours from best quality green beans by managing the whole supply chain from the farmer's plantation to the best cup of coffee you have ever tasted.
We attach great importance to the origin, the ethics of the farmer, the crop quality, freshness, conditions of storage and transportation of the green bean. We know the farmers we buy from, we try to visit the coffee growing regions as often as possible. We spend a long time selecting the beans, obtaining samples, roasting small batches with different roast profiles to ensure we achieve the optimum level of taste. We search for the best natural flavours the bean can give, bringing out the unique tasting notes... sometimes fruity, sometimes nutty... with depth and long lasting. Having selected the samples we want we then order in bulk to roast and supply our customers.

We began in 2001 with a 5KG Probat roaster, we brought the first Sivetz fluid bed roaster to Eastern Europe in 2006 and in 2013 installed a Loring Smart Roast, so smart it cuts our energy bills by 80% thus reducing our carbon footprint. We are burning so it is very important we consider the environment we live in.
